Cape Town, South Africa — 3 Mar 2023

Working with DNDi, the Monegasque Cooperation for Development, Government of the Principality of Monaco, sponsored the development and printing of an updated paediatric ARV dosing chart for healthcare workers as well as the latest edition of the Southern African HIV Clinicians’ Society (SAHCS) journal, HIV Nursing Matters. The project is part of DNDi’s mission to ensure all children living with HIV have access to optimum treatment formulations.

Developed by the Southern African HIV Clinicians Society in consultation with the South African Department of Health, 4000 copies of the chart have been printed and will be distributed in person and by mail to healthcare workers across South Africa. The journal and dosing chart are also available digitally as downloads on the SAHCS website.

DNDi is grateful to the Monegasque Cooperation for Development and SAHCS for their support in training healthcare workers on the best use of ARV medication for children living with HIV.
