Climate change will impact the epidemiology and geographical range of climate-sensitive infectious diseases, including the most neglected tropical diseases, many of which lack effective, safe and affordable health tools to prevent or treat them. DNDi focuses its submission to the first Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement on why research and development for new health tools to prevent and treat such diseases should be a part of climate change adaptation strategies.
