External Relations Director, DNDi
Thi Hanh Cao, Senior Manager, joined DNDi as Fundraising Coordinator in January 2013.
Ms Cao has a rich track record in development with over fifteen years of work experience in the social business sector mainly overseas. Prior to joining DNDi, she was responsible of operations for FIDES AG in Switzerland, a microfinance company focusing its activities mainly in Africa. In this position from 2007 to 2012, she was in charge of donor and investor relationships. Before, she managed micro-finance institutions in Madagascar, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
She is fluent in French and English, and completed a Master 1 at the Political Science Institute of Grenoble and a Master 2 from the Paris Dauphine University in Management in Developing Countries.
