Dr Dominique Junod-Moser

Dr Dominique Junod Moser joined DNDi as Legal Officer in January 2010. She became Director of Legal Affairs in 2019.

She developed the Legal function at DNDi which is notably involved in the shaping and negotiations of contracts, the identification and mitigation of legal and contractual risks. She is responsible for providing advice and support to the whole organization, transversally and geographically, on legal obligations, intellectual property, corporate status, governance and compliance.

Prior to this and for more than 9 years, Dr Junod Moser worked as an attorney-at-law at BMG Avocats, a law firm in Geneva. She specialized in commercial, corporate and competition law.

She was awarded her Ph.D. in competition law from the University of Geneva, after having completed a Master degree in European Union law at the University of London (King’s College).
