Chirac Bulanga Milemba

Mr Chirac Bulanga joined DNDi in March 2013 as Country Operations Manager in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is currently the Director of the DNDi West and Central Africa office.

Chirac is a finance, administration, HR, and logistics professional with over 15 years of progressive experience from a wide range of organizations and governmental institutions.

Prior to joining DNDi, Mr Bulanga served as Country Business Support Manager at Oxfam GB in Chad.

Mr Bulanga holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Administration, from the Université Libre des Pays de Grands Lacs (U.L.P.G.L), as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the School of Public Health at the University of Kinshasa.
