The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need to harness the resources and capacities of all countries in the pursuit of science to address urgent global health needs. Our longstanding commitment to advancing inclusive and sustainable solutions to medical innovation is central to DNDi’s new 2021-2028 Strategic Plan, which charts our course to develop and deliver 25 new treatments in our first 25 years.
Along with our partners, we will expand alliances and industrial networks to develop new health tools and accelerate strategies that combine diagnosis and treatment and guarantee equitable access to health services. We will also continue to champion open science and transparency as fundamental tools for change.
Please join us for a virtual event that will examine Latin America’s powerful role in advancing science and sustainable solutions to address the needs of the most vulnerable populations. We invite scientists, health professionals, government representatives, donors, people living with neglected diseases, and others to join us to explore opportunities for partnerships in innovation and new models of R&D that put people’s needs first and leave no one behind.
