The event is organized by the the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), DNDi, Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV), University of São Paulo, and University of Campinas (UNICAMP) for the launch of the project Research Partnership for Technological Innovation (PITE-FAPESP) to discover novel drug candidates for the treatment of parasitic tropical diseases. The goal of the project is to discover new drug candidates for clinical development in the treatment of parasitic tropical diseases.
