COP31 Health Pavilion

14 November 2026

Antalya, Türkiye

DNDi in collaboration with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, Innovative Vector Control Consortium (IVCC), Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV), and Unitaid is hosting an event at the COP31 Health Pavilion. This event aims to discuss practical responses to the impacts of climate change on infectious diseases, bringing together perspectives from governments, research institutions, health product development organizations, funders and affected communities.

The discussion will contribute to advancing implementation of the Belém Health Action Plan (BHAP), highlighting the importance of integrating climate-sensitive infectious diseases into national adaptation strategies and strengthening the capacities and investments needed to protect populations against growing climate-related health risks.
