Independent Regulatory and Access consultant
With more than 30 years in access to health, Valérie has developed a holistic and integrated approach to health, combining registration strategy, market access strategy and regulatory science, considering local ecosystems, social determinants, contexts of health diplomacy, sustainable development, global health or One Health concept.
Her approach is based on solid experience as an executive director within for-profit organizations, divisions built on the social entrepreneurship or philanthropic model. Valérie has successfully led international drug development and registration projects including acceleration and optimization strategies (WHO prequalification, orphan drugs, early access programs, article 58/ Medicines4All, patent for humanity, priority review voucher…) within a large pharmaceutical group. She has also led programs and partnerships for access to care in various areas such as malaria, pediatric oncology, maternal and neonatal health, situations of great vulnerability (humanitarian crisis, homelessness, migrants and refugees, etc.).
Valerie, Pharm. D, is currently regulatory science and access consultant. She is member of the French Academy of Pharmacy and member of boards of directors in life-science and CSR organisations.
