Head of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance, DNDi
Valérie Elizondo-Marchand is contributing to DNDi‘s activities, from February 2014 as Consultant, and officially joined DNDi in April 2016.
She is leading DNDi’s Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance team, supporting all DNDi programmes and associated clinical-safety activities.
Valérie, who served as European Union Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (EU-QPPV) at Novartis Consumer Health (GSK CH Joint Venture), had formerly set-up and led PregLem’s Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information department (as Vice-President and acting as EU-QPPV). She has 20 years of experience in global and clinical development (from translational medicine to phase I/II/III/IV of development and post-marketing studies; with Synthelabo, Merck Serono and Preglem) followed by significant pharmacovigilance experience (development and marketed products) from 2008.
Valérie graduated as Pharmacy Doctor from University of Châtenay-Malabry, Paris in 1989.
