Olga Lacroix

Olga Lacroix joined DNDi in April 2016 as Accounting Manager and took over the role of Head of Accounting in July 2021. Olga is responsible for the organization’s consolidation, statutory and donor audits, treasury and hedging management, and deployment of new financial and accounting digital tools.

Olga has more than 10 years of experience in finance, controlling, and accounting in both private – banking – and non-for-profit sectors. Olga is a Swiss Chartered Expert in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting. She also holds a Master (M.Sc.) degree in Finance, graduated at the Universities of Geneva, Lausanne, and Neuchatel. Olga is fluent in French, English, Romanian, and Russian
