Guillaume Drapeau

Guillaume Drapeau joined DNDi in 2013 and has held progressively senior roles in operations and programme management, contributing to the organization’s growth and delivery of treatments for neglected diseases across multiple regions.

In June 2025, he became Portfolio & Strategy Leader, overseeing DNDi’s R&D portfolio and programme management practices, and supporting strategic reflection on its future direction.

Previously, Guillaume worked in management consulting, leading transformation programmes for public and private sector clients in pharmaceuticals, energy, and other industries.

He holds a MSc. in Management & Business Development from Paris Sorbonne University and is certified in project management (Prince2).

Guillaume is fluent in French and English, has working proficiency in Spanish, and is learning Arabic.

Outside of work, Guillaume enjoys spending time in nature and mentoring young professionals. He also advocates for diversity and inclusion as key drivers of organizational and social impact.
