As a trusted steward of DNDi’s financial integrity, the Board Treasurer helps ensure that the organization remains accountable, sustainable, and equipped to deliver on its mission. The DNDi Board Treasurer performs all duties incident to the office of Treasurer, and other duties as assigned by the Board. The Board Treasurer regularly reports to the Board, including on financial performance, sustainability, audit matters, internal controls, and significant risk or compliance issues requiring the Board’s attention.

The Board Treasurer is the chair of the DNDi Audit Committee, which assists the Board in its responsibility for overseeing the quality and integrity of the accounting, auditing, and reporting practices of DNDi and its compliance with the legal requirements. The Board Treasurer is a member of the Executive Committee, which assists the Board by making propositions on matters pertaining to science, communication, public representation, and general management.
