From Monday 16 October until Sunday 22 October, Geneva’s Mont-Blanc bridge will be adorned with flags commemorating DNDi’s 20th year of delivering the best science for the most neglected.

DNDi was established in 2003 when its seven founding partners* came together to respond to the frustration of doctors and health workers around the world faced with medicines that were ineffective, unsafe, unavailable, unaffordable – or that had never been developed at all.

Together with hundreds of partners and supporters who have joined us since, DNDi has delivered 12 new treatments for 6 deadly diseases – saving millions of lives.

Now operating from nine locations on five continents, DNDi has been present in Geneva since 2003 to engage with global health stakeholders on behalf of neglected patients. We have also received vital support for our mission from the Republic and Canton of Geneva from the start, for which we are deeply grateful.

Members of our Geneva team gathered in front of the bridge to mark this special occasion.
