International Conference on Cutaneous Leishmaniasis

This conference brought together renowned national and international scientists to discuss the perspectives and challenges to be employed in the Surveillance and Control Programs. The conference covered epidemiology, parasitology, immunology, molecular diagnosis, treatment, technological innovation, prevention, and control of cutaneous leishmaniasis, as well as discussing new treatment strategies that are more feasible and effective.

DNDi ‘s Head of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis, Byron Arana, presented on clinical trial methodology and DNDi‘s CL strategy. Clinical Trial Manager, Joelle Rode, presented about Rede Leish.
