Guides to free computational chemistry tools for drug discovery

A group of scientists working on global health projects has been developing computational chemistry tools to improve the computational design and analysis environment for drug discovery. This collaboration has brought together the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, AMG Consultants, several product development partnerships – Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV), TB Alliance and DNDi – and participants in the TB Drug Accelerator program. With the support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, AMG Consultants has produced guides to share free solutions to common problems faced by medicinal and computational chemists in not-for-profit research.

The guides illustrate how free computational tools can provide practical solutions to real drug discovery problems.
