Thibaut Charles

Thibaut Charles holds overall responsibility for Information Systems & Technology, with a focus on financial systems and digital platforms supporting DNDi’s and GARDP’s mission. He leads the design, deployment, and continuous evolution of information systems that enable effective governance, collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. He provides strategic direction on human–AI collaboration, working closely with leadership and teams.

With solid experience in financial information systems and international transformation initiatives, Thibaut oversees a mutualized financial platform across DNDi and GARDP, supporting multiple legal entities in an international and multicultural environment. He ensures strategic oversight of ERP and CPM capabilities, with a strong emphasis on consistency, compliance, and the long‑term sustainability of global financial processes, while aligning technology choices with organizational priorities.

Before joining DNDi, Thibaut gained experience in financial consulting and ERP implementation, contributing to business needs analysis, system configuration, and user adoption. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Diploma of Advanced Studies from the University of Geneva.
