Suchi Verma

Suchi Verma joined DNDi team in April 2022 as a Regional HR Manager for the South Asia office based in New Delhi, working closely with the global HR team to deliver key aspects of the people strategy. She took over the role of Head of HR & Organisation in January 2024.

Before joining DNDi, Suchi has worked as a HR Generalist for 14 years with varied exposure to people practices and HR operations for diverse international non-profit and the private sector, with focus on talent acquisition & talent management, policy formulation & implementation, HR Business partnering, DEI and HR administration. In her previous stints, she has progressively worked on being a thought partner for HR strategies and providing tactical & operational HR support to the leadership.

Suchi is a graduate in History & Economics and a Masters in Human Resource Management, with certifications in Learning & Development and Design thinking in HR.

She is fluent in English and Hindi.
