In keeping with its R&D strategy, DNDi hopes to build a mixed, balanced pipeline of short, medium and long term projects.

Projects have been carefully selected to fill the gaps in the drug development pipeline for neglected diseases. Nine projects are currently ongoing. Six new projects, recommended by the Scientific Advisory Committee and approved by the Board, are under negotiation for inclusion into DNDi’s portfolio. And three projects have been identified proactively for further exploration.
